What’s NA-YGN?
It’s an organization that allows young professionals in the nuclear industry to get together.
What’s required to be involved?
There are no requirements for involvment in the organization. All that is asked of you is that you come ready to participate and make this an organization that you want to be a part of.
Who’s invited?
Everyone who is interested in shaping the next generation of nuclear workers. To be a voting member of the organization you are should be 35 years old or younger, or have fewer than 10 years of nuclear experience.
Why should I come?
This gives you a venue to meet people that are your age and have similar interests and that are going through the same stages of life. Also, you will have the opportunity for professional growth and community engagement.
When and where do we meet?
Throughout the year, we have monthly meetings to discuss useful and interesting topics related to NA-YGN and professional development at CR-3. Most of our meetings will occur midday on the third Thursday of each month. We also schedule activities outside of work; examples include bowling and visiting other power generation facilities.
